複製現實 肢解現實
每度回顧傳奇的時尚攝影師的作品，畫面飽滿而紮實。他們既是出色的影像捕捉者，亦是優秀的造型師，如離世於八十年代有「時尚界建築師」美譽的Cecil Beaton，他從街頭、戰場到舞台，處處留下影像。
影像作品是聯繫整個時代的印記之一，相機連接起現在與過去，使得轉瞬即逝凝固成永恆，可是攝影究竟是複製現實還是肢解現實？我們是否有一種日益增長的強烈願望：通過攝影複製人或事，以否定「時間」瞬息即逝的特徵？
「複製」是種工具，而好作品卻是來自鏡頭後面的一顆靈魂和歷史，這是我們真正複製不了的東西，但時代，或許能為他攝影美學添上另一種新的輪廓。
